Hard to believe we’re talking November, but food insecurity doesn’t just happen at Thanksgiving and the food pantry has been seeing record numbers of neighbors in need this year.
Join Lebanon Pride at the Lebanon Food Pantry at 190 New Street at 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, November 6 to help your community members.
We will be serving our neighbors in need by filling grocery bags for their items to take home. Another easy way to get a few community service hours for high schoolers!
If you don’t vote at early voting or by mail, Election Day will be your last chance to cast a general election ballot.
Polls are open on Election Day from 6:30am to 7:30pm. Click here to find your polling place. If you’re in line to vote by 7:30pm, stay in line! As long as you’re in line to vote before the polls close, election officials are required by law to allow you to cast a ballot.
In this free virtual training, we’ll walk you through the beginning steps of how to run for office. We will cover a wide range of topics including:
- Who should consider running for office
- What offices are available to run for
- When you should begin planning to run
- How to get on the ballot and begin planning your campaign
- Why it is important for women to run for office in Ohio
And so much more!
All are welcome to join us for this free virtual training. Please select the date that works best for you!
The zoom link for this event will be emailed to you the day of the session.
Join us for our monthly meetings on the third Wednesday of every month!
For those who can’t attend in person, we’ll be streaming the meetings on our Facebook page.
Join us for a meet and greet with the Warren County Democratic Party’s political committee and Chair Kelly Sakalas for an introduction to running for office. Learn what is involved in running for local office and what offices are on the ballot in 2024 and beyond.
If you’ve ever even considered running for office, this meeting could help you discern whether it’s right for you.
Where do we need Democrats to run? EVERYWHERE!
Who should run? YOU!
