Join guest speaker Maureen O’Connor, retired Chief Justice of the Ohio Supreme Court, for a virtual forum to discuss Ohio’s gerrymandering laws and how the proposed constitutional amendment from Citizens Not Politicians (which the Ohio Democratic Party has endorsed) will return power from the politicians back to the people where it belongs.
You must register in advance of the event in order to participate on Zoom! Registration will close 2 hours before the event. Click here to register.
If you haven’t registered in advance, the event will also be streamed here on Facebook Live.
Join Red Wine & Blue for a discussion about Project 2025, an 800-page blueprint for dismantling the civil rights of millions of Americans and replacing it with a Christian Nationalist government led by Donald Trump with more than $100 million from right-wing extremist organizations and billionaire donors backing the plan.
We have to talk about this scheme for a second Trump term so we can spread the word to everyone we know. That’s why Red Wine & Blue has teamed up with the African American Policy Forum to give you all you need to know to defeat this extremist threat.
We’ll be joined by rockstar civil rights activist Kimberlé Crenshaw, UCLA professor, critical race theory scholar, and founder of the #sayhername campaign. We’re honored to have Prof. Crenshaw share her wisdom with us, so please join us on Thursday at 8:00PM ET for this important conversation!
We’re just four months away from the 2024 elections and at least one thing is becoming very clear — it is going to take ALL of us to protect our communities and our democracy from extremism.
Voting is not enough. We have to make sure that all our friends and family are informed and voting, too. But we understand that for many of the women in our community, talking about politics — heck, even understanding politics — is a new and sometimes uncomfortable concept. Well don’t worry, we’ve got you!
Red Wine & Blue, along with the ACLU of Ohio, are leading an effort to educate Ohioans on the basics of our state government. Since we need you to get involved now more than ever, we’re committed to giving you the information and confidence you need through our 6-week, Summer School: Ohio Civics 101 series!

The Mason-Deerfield Democratic Club invites you to meet Ohio Supreme Court candidates Justice Melody Stewart and Judge Lisa Forbes on Wednesday night!
The Ohio Supreme Court races are some of the most important races on our ballot this November! With three seats up for grabs, our state Supreme Court could come under Democratic control — or shift hard-right to a 6-1 Republican majority.
With Republicans officially opposing both last year’s reproductive rights amendment and this year’s anti-gerrymandering amendment, the state Supreme Court races could determine whether the will of the people is finally respected — or whether Republicans will, yet again, be allowed to impose their far-right extremist agenda on an unwilling state.
October 2nd is also the first evening of Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish holy day and new year. We wish a happy new year to all who celebrate!
Hosted by the Asian American Coalition of Ohio
Come meet Rep. Greg Landsman (OH-01)! Hear what he’s accomplished in his first term, and what he has planned for his second! Light refreshments and drinks will be served.

On Tuesday, December 3, enjoy Catch-A-Fire Pizza between 11am-9pm for either dine-in or carry-out, and 10% of your bill will be donated back to Lebanon Pride!
