Calendar
2023 is the year for electing non-partisan local offices: Township trustees and fiscal officers, mayors, city and village councils and fiscal boards, and school boards.
It’s not too early to start thinking and planning if we really want to win some of these contests. Please join LEAD Ohio for “The ‘Pow-Her’ To Run for Office”, a virtual training event for those who are interested in running (or those who know someone who might be interested in running) for public office in 2023.
LEAD Ohio staff will cover necessary first steps when considering a run for office and then how to start a campaign after deciding to run. Maybe you or another woman in your life is thinking they might want to run for something? Join LEAD Ohio to hear about and discuss everything from how to search for open offices, to having conversations about running with your family, to filing petitions.
You’re invited to join Congressman-Elect Landsman for some food and drinks at Wiedemann’s Fine Beer (4811 Vine St, Cincinnati, OH 45217) on Wednesday, December 14th from 5:30pm-8:30pm! We couldn’t have flipped this seat without you, and we can’t wait to get everyone together to say thank you.
If you’d like to attend, please RSVP using this form.
All are welcome. This event is free and open to the public.
Enjoy musical performances and an inspirational message from our keynote speaker, Tia Ramey.
