Our April meeting won’t be held on the usual third Wednesday of the month, but instead on the fourth Wednesday, April 27.

That’s because our April meeting will be special: it’s our first in-person meeting in over two years, and we’ve got some great guest speakers lined up!

Because we expect a larger-than-usual attendance for this meeting and to accommodate social distancing as needed, we’ll be holding it in the 1st-floor Commissioners Conference Room at the Warren County Administration Building, instead of at our new headquarters.

At our April meeting we’ll be welcoming three very special guests:

  • Justice Jennifer Brunner, candidate for Chief Justice of the Ohio Supreme Court
  • Judge Marilyn Zayas, candidate for Associate Justice of the Ohio Supreme Court
  • Judge Terri Jamison, candidate for Associate Justice of the Ohio Supreme Court

With the recent gerrymandering rulings from the Ohio Supreme Court, these elections couldn’t be more important — as they’ll decide whether the court continues to defend Ohioans’ voting rights, or turns against democracy and allows Republicans to rig elections. Republicans are counting on us to overlook the importance of the Ohio Supreme Court race.

Please note that per ODP and DNC guidelines, proof of vaccination will be required for all attendees age 5+. Masks are preferred but not required. We will be livestreaming the meeting as well, for those who can’t join us in-person.

Mark your calendars and plan on hearing from these great judicial candidates! Wednesday, April 27, 7:00PM!
